Farnham Adult Learning College
We were JCT contracted by Walker Construction (UK) Ltd in May 2014 for 3 months to provide
Electrical Services for a total refurbishment of Farnham Learning Centre.
This involved installing all power, lighting, a Security Alarm and an Induction Hearing Loop cabling
into the extension. We also returned to install a Fire Alarm System to both the existing building
and the extension.
Ramsgate Fire Station
We were contracted by Morgan Sindall in December 2017 to provide Electrical Services at Ramsgate Fire Station.
The project comprised of the construction of a brand new fire station, training centre, training house and training tower where the electrical services consisted of small power & lighting, fire alarms, disabled refuge system, data, access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, lightning protection systems, solar PV, backup generator, turnout system, mains TPN distribution, containment systems, high bay lighting and power distribution, external lighting columns and bollards.
Betteshanger Visitor Centre
We were contracted by Quinn Estates in February 2021. This was a 3 phase project for 15 months to provide Electrical Services for a total electrical install of the brand new visitor centre.
This involved installing all power, lighting, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, PV and distribution.
Stonegate
We were contracted by Quinn Estates in June 2021. This was a 9 month project to provide Electrical installation for new build properties.
This involved installing all power, lighting, access control, PV solar panelling, EV chargers.
Cobalt House
We were contracted by Blue Chyp Ltd in December, 2021 to provide full electrical design and installation to suit client’s requirements where manufacturing of balconies take place. Following approval design installation commenced April 2022 and completed August 2022.
They required small power, lighting, data, submain distribution, TPN distribution boards, containment systems and fire alarm installation, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control.
Riverside Park
This was a three phase project for Gravel Rock/Quinn Estates that commenced in April 2018, to provide Mechanical and Electrical Services at Riverside Park.
They required a full design of both M&E packages for installation for 246 apartments and 26 townhouses. This included power, LED lighting, cabling, PV and fire alarm installation.
