We pride ourselves on recognising and adhering to current British Standards. As NICEIC approved contractors, we are registered and qualified to the 18th Edition, as certified by the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

All our operatives are 18th Edition qualified and have undergone IOSH Health and Safety training. This ensures our team are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to work with precision and professionalism.

As NICEIC approved contractors, our work is regularly assessed to ensure compliance with industry standards. This provides our clients with reassurance and confidence in the quality of our services.

James Goble

As joint Director with Elliott, James established the company in 2011.

DIRECTOR - QS for NICEIC and Part F ventilation.

Elliott Riseley

As joint Director, Elliott established the company with James in 2011.

PROJECT MANAGER

Andrew Leedham

Andy started with us as an Electrician in 2018 and was promoted to Project Manager in 2022.

CONTRACTS MANAGER

Jason Hammill

Jason joined the Company as an Electrician in 2021. He has over 15 years experience in the profession. He was promoted to Contracts Manager in September 2025, supervising and overseeing all current projects

ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR

Carl Ford

Carl started as our Electrical Estimator in 2022, following a career change after 20 years in electrical sales.

OFFICE & HR MANAGER

Vicky Cleaves

Vicky started with Jager as an Office and HR Administrator in 2020 and was promoted to Office & HR Manager in 2021.

PROJECT MANAGER & FIRE TECHNICIAN

Mark Colaluca

Mark completed his apprenticeship with Jager. In 2024, after completing his Fire Detection and Alarm qualification, he is now our lead engineer for all fire alarm installations and the BAFE accreditation.

APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Maisie Fletcher

Maisie joined our team in November 2024 to offer office support while completing her Business Administrator level 3 apprenticeship.

Jayden Goble

Jayden joined us in September 2024 as our third electrical apprentice.

Ryan Defries

Ryan began working for Jager as a labour subcontractor in 2021. He became an apprentice in 2022 as he wishes to achieve his electrical qualifications.

Liam Duncan

Liam joined the team in April 2023 to allow him to continue studying for his apprenticeship after being made redundant by a previous employer.
