Complete Stage 5 electrical design and installation in line with the main refurbishment programme

Installation of an 800 A switch-fused isolator and main panel board
Split-metered TPN distribution boards for lighting and power
Internal and external LED lighting with presence and daylight controls
Small-power outlets and structured data cabling
Fire alarm system with detectors, call points and sounders
Automatic Opening Vents (AOV) integration and disabled refuge intercom
Access control, CCTV, intruder and panic alarms
Lightning protection and earthing upgrades
