Objectives


  • Complete Stage 5 electrical design and installation in line with the main refurbishment programme

  • Upgrade primary distribution to support the centre’s expanded capacity

  • Deliver modern lighting, power, safety and security systems

Scope of Works


  • Installation of an 800 A switch-fused isolator and main panel board

  • Split-metered TPN distribution boards for lighting and power

  • Internal and external LED lighting with presence and daylight controls

  • Small-power outlets and structured data cabling

  • Fire alarm system with detectors, call points and sounders

  • Automatic Opening Vents (AOV) integration and disabled refuge intercom

  • Access control, CCTV, intruder and panic alarms

  • Lightning protection and earthing upgrades
