  • Main 400 A incoming supply and bespoke distribution board

  • Sub-distribution via TPN boards to each floor

  • Automated barrier entry with proximity readers

  • CCTV covering corridors, entrances and perimeter

  • Addressable fire-alarm system, AOV integration and disabled refuge intercom

  • Lightning protection and enhanced earthing
